pp2 Terms and Conditions

By accessing the pp2 website at pp2.vin, downloading the pp2 mobile app, or creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pp2 and apply to all activities you carry out on the platform — including but not limited to account registration, making deposits in PKR, claiming bonuses, placing sports bets and playing casino games.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the pp2 platform. Continued use of pp2 services following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. pp2 recommends you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

The pp2 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus or place any bet on pp2. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited for you personally.

pp2 takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to suspect that a player is under 18, pp2 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold funds pending verification. Any winnings generated by an underage player are considered void and will not be paid out.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• One account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used to deposit.
• pp2 may request identity documentation at any stage of your account activity.

To use pp2, you must register a personal account by providing accurate information including your name, contact details and date of birth. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is correct and kept up to date. pp2 may ask you to verify your identity at any point by submitting supporting documentation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on pp2. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — pp2 reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and apply any applicable bonus restrictions retroactively.

• Your account login credentials are personal — do not share your username or password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pp2 support immediately.
• pp2 uses secure encryption protocols to protect account data, but you are also responsible for maintaining device-level security.

Account closure requests can be submitted through pp2 customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your verified payment method. Accounts involved in ongoing investigations may be temporarily frozen during the review period.

All financial transactions on pp2 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. pp2 does not apply platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check directly with your provider if you are unsure.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are credited to your pp2 wallet promptly once confirmed by the payment network. In rare cases, network delays may affect processing time — if a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Processing times vary by method but pp2 aims to handle withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum amount and are reviewed before processing to ensure compliance with these Terms.

• Withdrawals require account verification to be complete before processing.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.
• pp2 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior agreement with pp2 support may result in account suspension.

pp2 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions and VIP rewards. Each bonus or promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or sports markets, and expiry dates. These individual promotion terms are displayed on the relevant Promotions page and must be read alongside these general Terms.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 in eligible games before the bonus-linked winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and apply only to the account for which they were issued.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device or IP address is permitted.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• pp2 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• VIP bonuses are subject to the VIP programme terms and the tier levels applicable to your account at the time of issue.

pp2 offers sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and a range of other sports. Bets are accepted in PKR and settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement, unless a specific price change was accepted by you prior to confirmation. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets and events.

pp2 reserves the right to void, suspend or limit any bet or market at its discretion — including in situations where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a match has been called off or abandoned, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity on a particular event.

• All bets are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where pp2 has explicitly enabled a cash-out or bet edit feature for a specific market.
• Void bets are returned to your account wallet in PKR at stake value.
• Bets placed on events that start earlier than scheduled will be settled based on the actual result unless the event is voided by pp2.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market and account — these are shown at the bet slip stage.
• pp2 follows standard cricket scoring and match result definitions for settlement purposes. In case of any dispute, pp2's decision is final.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are settled once all legs are completed. If one leg is voided, the bet is recalculated excluding that leg.

Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to unusual stake sizes, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, or exploitation of pricing errors — may result in bets being voided, winnings withheld and the account flagged for investigation.

The pp2 Casino section offers Slots, table games, Crash games, Virtual Sports and other instant-win formats from third-party software providers. The Live Casino section provides real-time dealer games including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack streamed from professional studio environments. All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, ensuring fair outcomes independent of previous results.

Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytable information are accessible within each individual game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. If a game malfunctions or disconnects mid-round due to a technical fault on pp2's platform, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection do not qualify for automatic round voids.

• Live Casino sessions are governed by the studio rules displayed at the table in addition to these Terms.
• pp2 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game title — providers may remove or update games without advance notice.
• Game outcomes are final once settled — disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant game session.
• Exploiting known game bugs or glitches is prohibited and may result in voided winnings and account suspension.

pp2 operates a fair and transparent platform and expects all players to use it in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including bonus abuse, scalping or hedge-betting strategies designed purely to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players at Live Casino tables or in any multiplayer game environment.
• Providing false identity information or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, market odds or any element of the platform through technical means.
• Using the pp2 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

pp2 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual account behaviour, betting patterns and transaction activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pp2 reserves the right to take immediate remedial action without prior notification to the player.

pp2 is committed to supporting responsible gaming habits. pp2 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, accurate and secure service, pp2 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, third-party payment provider issues or events beyond reasonable control.

pp2's liability in any circumstance is limited to the return of the relevant stake amount. pp2 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including lost winnings, loss of opportunity or reputational damage alleged by any player. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

pp2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the pp2 website or through your registered contact details where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will carry a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pp2 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
